What MCTL can do
- Authorize a Telegram accountConnect only the Telegram account the user owns and controls.
- Search chats and messagesFind relevant chats or messages from the connected account.
- Summarize unread or recent messagesGenerate a concise summary of recent Telegram activity.
- Draft a replyPrepare a response without sending it automatically.
- Send only when you allow itAccounts start read-only, so sends are previews until you turn sending on. Pins, and replies on restricted connections, need a separate confirmation step.
- Pin important messagesPin a key message to the top of a chat for everyone in it, after a confirmation step (admin rights needed in groups).
- Review audit logsShow recent app actions and account activity.
- Disconnect or revoke accessDemonstrate how the user can remove the Telegram connection.
User control and safety
MCTL Assistant is an unofficial third-party connector using the Telegram API, designed for use with the user's own Telegram account; it is not an official Telegram app or Telegram API partner, and is not affiliated with Telegram. Sending stays off until the user turns it on, and users can disconnect or revoke access at any time. See /privacy for data handling and /terms for the terms of service.
